BBQ Chicken Wings
My own recipe. I like to make these when I get invited to a pot luck, but my kids.... they LOVE these for dinner.
1 cup ketchup
1 ½ tablespoons red wine vinegar
¼ cup soy sauce
¼ cup Worcestershire sauce
¾ cup brown sugar
½ teaspoon Tabasco sauce
20 chicken wings
Preheat over to 320 degrees. Wash and trim chicken wings and place in a Pyrex dish (you may need 2 dishes). Combine the remaining ingredients in a mixing bowl and microwave for 2 minutes. Remove from microwave and set aside.
Bake wings for 1 hour. Remove from oven and pour the BBQ sauce evenly over the wings. Return the wings to the oven and continue cooking for 1 1/2 hours, turning over every 30 minutes.
Remove wings from pan and place in a serving dish. Let cool for a few minutes so that sauce caramelizes on the wings.
